Remarks

Payment must be received by the corresponding deadline (Early Bird or Regular Fee). If payment is not received before the Early Bird deadline, the Regular Fee will automatically apply.

(*) Young Program participants  are required to upload, in the “My Documents” section of the online registration system, their approval document. Please consult with your Regent to verify who is eligible to fall under this category.

Registration Fee Includes

• Fellows & Inductees: Participation in the conference proceedings, the induction ceremony and the gala dinner.
• Young Program: Participation in the conference proceedings, the induction ceremony and the gala dinner.
• Accompanying Persons: Half-day morning tour (Saturday, 19 June), Induction ceremony, and the gala dinner.

Registration Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations received on or before 1 April 2027 (Thursday) will be refunded in full, minus an administrative fee of €50.
• Cancellations received between 2 April and 14 May 2027 (Friday) will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.
• No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after 14 May 2027, or for registered participants who fail to attend the congress.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to secretariat@icd2027.com. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the congress dates.

The effective cancellation date will be the date on which the written notification is received.

Refunds will be processed after the Meeting using the same payment method whenever possible.

No refunds will be issued in case of programme changes, cancelled sessions, or changes to the Meeting schedule.

Registration Modifications (Name Changes)

Name substitutions are allowed free of charge until the start of the Congress.

Only one substitution per registered participant will be permitted.

Hotel Accommodation Cancellation Policy

• Until 10 February 2027: Cancellations may be made free of charge.
• From 11 February to 26 May 2027: Cancellations will incur a charge of 50% of the total accommodation cost.
• From 27 May 2027 onwards, or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the total accommodation cost will be charged.

Please note that Barcelona applies a municipal tourist tax per person, per night, which is not included in the room rate and must be paid directly at the hotel (currently €8.40 for 4-star hotels, capped at 7 nights)..

Payment Verification

If the registration fee has not been credited to the Congress account by the time of the event, participants may be asked to provide proof of payment.

Any outstanding balance must be settled on site at the Meeting Secretariat, preferably by credit card.
